RECAPTCHA

We use the Google reCAPTCHA APIs as part of our services to help protect our clients and our systems from cyber spam and abuse. The reCAPTCHA API works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending this data to Google for analysis. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It will not be used for personalised advertising by Google.  

reCAPTCHA always sets the NID cookie, retained for approx 180 days. if you are logged in to Google in your browser, or have visited other sites using Google services then additional cookies may be set by Google.

Performance Cookies     

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site.

All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Google Analytics

We use the Google analytics as part of our services to better understand how our clients access our website, and so to optimise the site accordingly. This sets the following cookies.

A. Information We Collect

The Personal Information that we may collect or receive about you broadly falls into the following categories:

(ii) Information we collect automatically: When you interact with an email update that you receive from us, we may collect information about your device and interaction with an email. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information. Our use of cookies and other tracking technologies is discussed more below.

  • Device information: We collect information about the device and applications you use to access emails sent through our Service, such as your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, and other information about your system and connection.
  • Usage data: It is important for us to ensure the security and reliability of the system we use to send out updates. Therefore, we also collect usage data about your interactions with emails sent through the Service, which may include dates and times you access emails. This information also allows us to ensure compliance with the Standard Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy of the email service, to monitor and prevent service abuse, and to ensure we attain certain usage standards and metrics in relation to the above-mentioned Service.

  • To provide information to representatives and advisors, including attorneys and accountants, to help us comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements.

  • To respond to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • To provide, support and improve the email Service. For example, this may include sharing your information with third parties in order to provide and support the Service or to make certain features of the Service available. When we share Personal Information with third parties, we take steps to protect your information in a manner that is consistent with applicable privacy laws. 
C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners may use various technologies to automatically collect and store certain device and usage information (as discussed above) when you interact with an email campaign, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels and web beacons. For example, we may use web beacons in the emails we send. When you receive and engage with an email, web beacons track certain behaviour such as whether the email was delivered and opened and whether links within the email were clicked. Web beacons allow us to collect information such as your IP address, browser, email client type, and other similar data as further described above. We use this information to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to provide analytics information and enhance the effectiveness of our email Service, and for the other purposes described above.

  • To access; correct; update; port; delete; restrict or object to our processing of your Personal Information.

If you no longer want to be contacted by us, please unsubscribe directly from any email we send you, or contact us directly to update or delete your data.
